TumbleBooks not working on a mobile device.
TumbleBooks has a mobile version of their site, where books are reformatted to work best for smartphones and tablets. The site normally recognizes that you need the mobile version, but if it has not here is what to do:

1. In the top blue plaid banner of the site, find the "Choose" box that currently has "English" selected in it.
2. Tap this box -- one of the "languages" is "mobile."
3. Select "mobile" and tap the "go" button. The site will now be in mobile format.

Not the real problem? You probably need to clear your browser's cache. This fixes:
-Some devices ask you if you want the mobile version of the site the first time you access TumbleBooks. If you answered "no," your device has remembered that.
-You have confirmed that you are on the mobile version of the site, and books still don't work.
