Android Troubleshooting (all apps)
This is what we try first when one of the digital book apps is not working properly on our Android tablet. Re-try the app after each fix as you likely do not need to do all.
Restart the Device:
Restart your device about once a week for best performance.
1. Hold down the power button until a "power off" message appears.
2. Confirm that you want to power off.
3. Allow the device to be off for a minute or two before turning it back on and trying the app again.

Clearing App Data:
1. Go into the Settings icon for the device (not the settings inside an app).
2. Choose Applications or Apps (older devices may be Application Manager).
3. Choose the app that is not working from the list.
4. Tap "clear data" or "clear app data" - if you do not see this button on the main screen tap "Storage."

Uninstalling/Reinstalling App (If restart does not work.)
1. Go into Settings.
2. Select Apps or Applications.
3. Select the misbehaving app from the list, and tap the "uninstall" button.
4. Reinstall the app from your Play Store. If you need instructions on doing this, see the Tutorials page.

3M Cloud Library, Total Boox or OneClickdigital - checkouts will reappear after login to the app.
Enki or Freading - download a fresh copy of the book from My Account (Enki) or My Downloads (Freading).
