Android device not compatible with 3M app.
Sometimes a tablet or smartphone is too old to use the 3M app, or may not have a good enough processor to run it properly. You may still use library ebooks if you transfer them from the computer to the device. See this instructions page.

Android devices without Google Play Store access have a workaround to load the 3M app, so if this is your issue see this instructions page.

If you do not have a computer, or do not want to transfer books from computer to device, please realize that another ebooks system will likely work normally for your device. Please see the Android notes page for the full list of app compatibility and notes for systems that have an option for older devices.
