Scheduling a meeting on the KanREN MCU

There are several advantages to scheduling a meeting using the KanREN MCU. The first of these is the ability to connect more than the base four sites that your video-conferencing unit allows. Another advantage is the fact that the calls to all of the sites will be placed automatically. As long as your equipment is turned on, you won't have to dial any numbers.

If you would like a video-conference to be set up in this manner, please fill out the form below and Earl will schedule it for you. Remember that you are responsible for scheduling the equipment/space at each library or system; this form only requests set up of the video-conference call on the MCU. Please submit requests at least a week before your meeting is scheduled to occur.
