The State Library of Kansas' KGI Online Library has just added its paper collection of annual Kansas Wheat Commission Recipe Books to KGI for your baking/cooking needs for the upcoming holidays.
We do not have a complete set of booklets but hope you might find a culinary treasure among those provided. Below is a list of the books we have as well as one early book available via the Kansas Historical Society. We've listed the recipes in each booklet. I apologize for the length of this list but figured it would be helpful in identifying/finding the perfect recipe. Enjoy!
