Collection Highlight: Cookbooks at the State Library, Part 1

Posted on December 26, 2018 at 11:17 AM by Sarah Tenfelde-Dubois

Although the holidays might be over, it is still winter, and what better way is there to spend a cold day indoors than with a hot meal? This being said, the State Library has a collection of cookbooks that might have just the recipe to try this winter.  This part will focus on cookbooks that are mostly done by state agencies, including the Kansas Wheat Commission, and the State Board of Agriculture. The Kansas! magazine also typically has a section devoted to eating and cooking in Kansas. Here is a sample of titles the State Library offers for recipes.
