Resolved: 6/30/15 @ 2:30pm - holds are back to normal. It really was just a display glitch - no holds were lost or places in line disturbed!
6/30/15 @ 8am - if your OneClickdigital holds list looks odd this morning, the company is aware of the problem and working on it. This is affecting all libraries that use OneClickdigital, not just Kansas!
Most people are seeing that they are "zero" in line for their holds as shown below. You have not lost any holds.
