Kansas Downtown studies, 1976-1999
Within the State Library of Kansas' KGI Online Library is a small collection of studies performed during the 1970s, 80s and 90s on downtown development in various Kansas communities.
These studies cover topics such as an overview of downtown areas, downtown redevelopment plans, business and professional profiles, shoppers surveys, merchant attitudes, tourism/promotional analyses and Kansas Main Street Program activities. There are 30 individual community reports, along with statewide studies.
