    Sponsored by- Colorado State Library Based on “The Art of Possibility” by Benjamin Zander and Rosamund Stone Zander and using examples from fields as diverse as classical music and early childhood, this presentation will focus on the ability to “speak possibility” as a crucial skill for all leaders i.e., anyone – regardless of position on the organizational chart – to cultivate. Attendees will leave this highly-interactive session having learned three skills associated with speaking possibility, and having had the opportunity to consider how these examples from outside “libraryland” apply to our daily work.
