    November 1, 2019, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

The America Contacts Congress project, funded by a LYRASIS Catalyst Fund grant, provides a roadmap for preserving and providing access to this unique resource.

This one-hour session introduces you to concepts that enable you to begin to "integrate conflict" - to walk into it and effectively handle it - rather than avoid it.
